The way I did it was to open a photobucket.com account. they you just put the pictures you want to put in there, and copy and paste the image code onto your message.

Ok here's how you do it.. find the image you want to put up.. copy the code.. then click on the img option... these boxes will come up
[ ]past code[ ] click in the middle of the boxes and past the code
that will do it for an image... as for video.. when you start a thread.. look at top left you will see an option for youtube.. click on that and a box will appear above where you will post your message... past the code you copied in that box.. give the thread a title.. then type your message.. you can preview it first to see if it worked.. then click post..

If you want to post an image you can do a search for it usually the image will have a code you can copy.. and then you can past it
