a while back I had posted something regarding eating sensibly and more healthy.....
That was probably some time in the spring....
well, I just wanted to SHARE my good news.....
since April/may of 2007 to NOW.......I HAVE HIT THE 50 POUND MARK!
yep, I am 50 pounds lighter....and boy, do I feel great....
Maybe I sound selfish telling all of you but truly guys, it was VERY hard and a lot getting used to....
just wanted to let any of you know that if you REALLY REAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLY put your heart and head into some sort of change in your life, it really does work!
after I lose the balance of the weight ......I am gonna quit smoking!
oh yeah, I didn't go to organic foods but moreso, cut out carbs, sugars, processed foods and added more green veggies, lean meats and loads of water......
as for exercising, I walked and I wore ankle weights...and still do today...(I have dress pants on and they are stragetically HIDDEN under my pants...lol)

Congratulations Donna ...... its certainly true that its a change of lifestyle and eating that will ultimately make the difference and not a temporary diet. Continued best wishes on your new life choices .... and that's a cool idea about the ankle weights!
