Are distinction in culture and education can make problems in good communications here?

What is your opinion?

only when someone lets others know that they are superior to them. Which happens frequently on CS. too often I have seen people put others down because they have a bigger degree that someone else.

Then again, there are those who think because you won't get involved with someone with a higher degree you are limiting yourself. Truth is. I have only an associates degree. Why would I believe that a woman with a doctorate would give me the time of day. If I read that they have a masters degree or better...I move to the next one.

I will say that I would rather get involved with a graduate of the school of hard knocks than Harvard.

I think that cultural and educational differences can cause some communication problems, but if people are open-minded and willing to make a step forward to try to understand the other (and vice-versa), it is not unsurmountable.
However, if the educational difference is great, there would probably not be a good chance of compatibility. By education, I mean overall intelligence, not whether or not someone has a degree or what level of degree they hold.
This holds true whether online or in direct, face-to-face communication, doesn't it?

Yes, I agree

I never separate people by their education or what job they working..... That is silly
You can be good person, no matter on education or job
