WHITEROSE40courtenay, British Columbia Canada85 Threads 432 Postshey youss out there. i joined this program a week ago and its a good motivater. i have been trying for awhile now to lose weight. im finally dropping weight and im more fitness minded. I just bought myself a bike,which will be delivered the 1st week of Feb and im more watchful of what i eat. I measured my waist im 2 inches smaller and i gave away most of my fattening foods also im eatting just right foods and started enjoying lean cusine(not bad).
BTW I am not endorsing or advertising this program.I am saying that this has helped me.

So the name of the program is "The best life diet" ??????? .......... and truly you lost 2 inches in one week? Holy cow you must be feeling great.
before i registered i tryed for months to lose weigh. i can't say exactly if it was this progrsm. but im very happy to see my waist shrinking and my legs and thighd look smaller.
