What is a turn-off on a first date? (114)

I've been on some pretty bad first dates lately.
Big turn-offs for me:
1) Guy talks about himself the whole time. Doesn't ask me a thing about me.
2) Guy looks everywhere but at me.
3) Guy seems cheap and although he pays, he seems to not want to or something.
4) He doesn't walk me to my door.
5) He tries to get physical right away.
These are huge no-no's for me.
What about all of you? Turn-offs???

Well I dont know about number 4. I have legs and can walk myself. But the biggest turn off to me is a nice evening and then he thinks its his right to assume he is going to get a bit of 'bumpety boo'.
