more like equal representation in our congress, we do a census od all people illegals or not to decide how many votes each area gets.

more like if you are not a citizen of United States you should not be counted in the census. Nor should you be eligible for all the entitlements given to American citizens who have paid for and whose father and forefather has paid for. Welcome to America, did you come here like theif in the nite.

AMEN to that buddy! I think the American people get ripped off too much. All the people that are homeless, starving and sick and in the end if we are real lucky we won't have it all taken away when we get old and need help! I think the "citizens" should come first.

I'm Canadian, and I think that to change the wording of your constitution from people to citizen is telling the world that it's ok for you to be the "robots" of the country. Citizen goes back to the days when the Communist Party ruled Russia and the "citizens" had no say in what was happening around them. So i say "Nay" on that one!

Yup..there are Americans who do but with a coupl million at least "Illegal" citizens, it takes away from the legitimate citizens who when they need help can't get it.

We have the same problem here "Lion", only on the island it's alot harder to get in, have to fly or go by sea. You wouldn't believe how tight the borders are now. We used to be able to just drive down to the States, now we're going to need passports! That's the result of 911.
