Isn't that like Celtic or Wicca..do no harm..Hey if it works who cares what folks think..I don't believe in The Bible or Modern religion(please no lectures I've heard them all ) ..but "do no harm" seems like a good spiritual principal to live by.
I don't see "do no harm" as "I will not defend myself" or "use me like a door mat"..not cowardly..I believe it is more cowardly to not have a code to live by.

it is very much wicca..pictish wicca actually...and yes i will defend myself if neccessary but fortunately i have found other ways for the most part to deal with a potentially violent siyuatiom
