Or is it just a myth?
I used to think everyone had someone out there in the world, and i've been open to all possibilities, never told anyone its not gonna work before giving them a chance to show me who they are.
I'd like to think that my someone special is out there but then I think maybe i'll be alone forever and I start doubting the whole 'someone for everyone' thing.
The internet certainly opens up the world of love connections too, but then you have the distance problem. It's all well & good to like someone from another country on the computer but how to know if you're gonna hit it off in real life? And if you do spend the money to meet each other, what if it's not right? There goes all your money, ok so maybe you could still chalk it up to a nice little holiday but what about the next person from overseas that you'd like to meet, you can only spend so much money before it dries up.
I think there is osmeone for everyone, but I also agree why spend all that money to meet. Maybe try and get to know each other for a while before u meet and amybe agree to go dutch ...

So how far would you go to meet someone? Going dutch to meet someone from a country as far away as mine (even half way) could cost a bomb!
Why are you trying to meet someone so far away? You have no girls were you out. With gas prices or airfare it must cost a lot of cash especially to meet someone who might not be the sure thing.

When I signed on to CS it wasn't my intention to meet someone half a world away, but if one believes in the term 'someone in the world for everyone' then ya gotta be open to ALL opportunities, right?
There are women where I live, just haven't found the right one yet
In all seriousness,I think sometimes people miss out on OPPORTUNITY for meeting their match, and I'm a firm believer, that we can only have so many opportunities, and the more OPPORTUNITIES you miss....the harder it gets.
i believe that that there is some1 out there for every1. a special person for everybody. whereever mine is, i hope to find her soon. i just hope i'll know she'll be the one.
So if you are willing to look halfway around the world for your special someone, are you willing to move halfway around the world to be with your special someone?
