prncss4someone: that's a hard question...I walk as much as time allows....
I do walk a fair bit throughout the day but one thing I do make sure of is that I always (without fail) eat fresh vegetables EVERY DAY!!! I don't tend to eat convenience foods, I would rather spend a little more time (even though its a pain) and prepare wholesome food from scratch.... that way I know EXACTLY what's going into my food, and its not a load of "E" numbers!!
