Cheaper than organic and healthier food options I mean. That's why poor towns with mainly limited budgets have the fattest kids and people.yes your right. but enhance your food. i myself have been on a HOLISTIC diet for years
At the start it may take some getting use to.
Most holistic food is RAW. But does.nt contain MEAT.
get yourself a blender. You then can blend vegatables Fruit. etc.
Obesity is the by product of over indulgence..
lack of excercise. Increase the working day to 16hrs as in China.
Dispense with the CAR. Walk to school to pick your children up.
but mainly sought the convenience foods out of your daily intake.
Why not start the day of by swimming two lenghts of the swimming pool.
But also the ccomputer leads to lethargy.. should that go as well???????

rescuemepleez: Im a kid at heart and i love junk food.....so far it hasnt done me any harm....what is healthy nowadays...animals ill...pesticides on our fruit and veg...maybe junk food is safer.
