If we don't smarten our acts up...I see a very bleek future...We are destroying and depleting every natural resource we have on earth...including the air we breath...once that goes...the jigs up!!!!!!!

Because of technology I think it will be better but on the other hand I think traditions will go out the window because there will be no place for them, they will be obsolete like they are already becomming.jmobouquet

Briefly, I hope (wishes hard) the world will be better than it is today. I, in my short life have witnessed most sociological changes of the pendulum of society coming to rest in the middle after much debate/non-agreement and realising that all opinions should be taken into consideration.

The world is going to be destroyed, there is not going to be a better world. Fighting will occur all over the world. It will be over the resources that countries have, and what some countries don't have.
We destroy our world daily, and the governments that run the country don't care. The government won't be around to see it later down the road. It was predicted 20 years ago, about Global warming, did the governments do anything to stop it. NO!!!!!

So no way the world will be a better place.teddybear

That is the way I see the future and also a world full of diseases and people dieing from hunger. Water resources will become much more expensive and people will be murdered for a glass of water.

That is a long way off I think but if it is not my essentials are:
1.Family
2.Friends
3.Water
4.Food
5.Metals
6.Hope

The nature is not already the same as it once was. The climate is changing.People destroy nature by cutting the tries, polluting many mineral waters and rivers, polluting the air with carbon dioxide and many other gases that are killing our planet.

No offense intended Gangel but water will only become a resource if it is allowed to be charged for. Companies of all natures can only circumnavigate the planet once!!! before it wakes up to exploitation!!! (I hope, WAKE UP PEOPLE AND STOP BUYING THINGS FOR LESS THAN YOU THOUGHT WOULD DENOTE A FAIR WORLD)

Some food for thought, or should I say water, here in Canada the water has been found with traces of cholestrol medication, narcotics, etc.
This is after it was treated. of course I have never drank from my tap in the kitchen for over 5 years or more, bottled water.

Very miminal amount that is traced in the water, but even that scares me to death.mumbling

This has only one purpose – to create a new product and to it to be well selling on the market perhaps???

A virus it will be, our government has commercials, that state quote "are you ready" showing what you would need in a 72 hour crisis.
After the Sars, it was a farce over here, couldn't contain it or know what it was. We live in a very scary world. Stock up, it will be every man or woman forthemselves.
