It's probably best not to be so direct and loud about it otherwise you will be getting all the people from 3rd world countries trying to take you up on your offer. They are annoying enough to begin with.

l agree with curly 100%....one word of advice from someone who wanted marriage to....l thought it would make my life complete, big mistake l made. Married a self-centered male who only thought of himself and left me behine..very controlling man. Please make sure you know the man well before you marry him, dont do it just because you think you need a man in your life or for your child...think before you make a rash decision.
