I believe we have a soul.....

As for being sure a soul exists outside of the body..I can't!!!

BUT

A brain surgeon may operate on many a clever brain, but never see a single thought... But that doesn't prove that thoughts don't exist!!!!

as a devout atheist i believe in neither a soul or god.

(soz porscha but they can actually tell there are thoughts by the reaction to the nerve cells!)

Soz bab, but I believe the reaction to the nerve cells are just that.. Nerves i.e. feelings (No Not feelings as in an emotions!)

thoughts can not be seen nor felt, other than by the person perceiving them!!

emotions i believe cannot really be seen. but the thoughts are definately provable i meant more the nerve cells and neurons inside your skull. when you think different parts of you brain react which shows where the thoughts originate and from what stimuli. (soz i'm science woman! )

Bab I think what maybe you are talking about are neurological symptoms. Which again revolves around brain nerves, signals and even magneticism throughout our body - Has no way involvment with a physical thought!!!

i had a pair of boots once and the soul was forever falling out, so they can exist out side the body, or shoe

met many ar -souls, and they tend to be in white vans or empty taxis late at night - and they are usually only a few inches from the rear of your own body if you happen to be in a car - some of those do look dead from the neck up!

Now personally i am not quite sure where i stand on this i tend to er on the side of none belief simply because i dont see the sence in having faith in any religion not especially when certain belief systems tell us it is ok to kill one and other in the name of god ! Since the 1960`s there has been a million dollars in a safe in the American psychic centre asking anyone to prove under lab conditions that they can communicate with the spirit world ESP all that kind of stuff SO ANSWER ME THIS QUESTION Q.WHY IS IT STILL THERE ????
