What I Do:
heavy aerobic exercises
Steam room- either dry or humid
stayed away from "heavy" meals, UNTIL my last meal
drink lots of WATER AND LEMON JUICE extracts
Lots of stretching(creates good blood flow)
...and showering at least 2 times a day( you will need to wash away the toxins that surface through your pores)
....I highly encourage people to practice getting rid of toxins...IT WILL greatly benefit you..any others, let me know
