jheldatksuedumanhattan, Kansas USA1 Threads 9 PostsI had 8 stalks of fresh picked Asparagus, chopped into 1 inch pieces, sauteed in margarine in an iron skillet, then three eggs poached on top, with a slice of Velveeta cheese melted on top. A glass of apple juice and it was a very good start to the day. Is this normal, no way, but not abnormal either. About 1/3 the time I do something like this, often it's raisin bran and powdered milk, or two oranges and a peanut butter sandwich.

Coffee , just coffee , lots of it . Had it streight up strong and black today , no fluffy flavored cream , no sugar , just simply black . I take it different every day , seldom the same way . Ya,all have fun I have to put it in the wind today and make some miles . SEE-YA .

contry omelette w/ hash browns, coffee and a very freindly wait staff made it a most enjoyable meal.
