Xtabentun: Green and red …..these are the colors I had in all my shopping bags from Wallmart tonight.
I did my usual shopping, was in the mood of fruits and vegetables, cereal, milk and juice. Each and every item I bough was of one of this colors or a combination of both.
How interesting are the self preservations methods our body adopts; this is an unconscious color therapy my body is asking for, in order to balance the chakras.
Analyzing, I realize it’s absolutely right; I am going through a rough time and I need to heal, balance and power to overcome. They are both strong healing colors.
I wonder how many other situations like this are happening to us and won’t even realize it?
Did you ever notice your body taking over and finding solutions before your mind is even registering there is a problem?

So true....I used color therapy and like you say, I used to look for clues and react to the findings: start wearing a certain color, gem stone, decorate the room...

I understand that. It can be quite blatant when it needs to be. Otherwise we tend to overlook it.
I think it's time for me to take a trip to Sedona. I always seem to re-adjust and balance out after a trip up there. Besies I need to get a few stones while I'm there.

When you tune yourself out and tune into the vibrations, it's incredible. I've never felt more at peace than when I've been up on top of some of the vortexes.
It not only speaks to you but if you allow it, it will cleanse you as well. It's truly amazing.

Well the main street of it was turned into yuppieville, but as long as you go outside of the tourist traps it's wonderful. There are some places that have a strange energy to them, I stay far away from them.
