Right now I am re-reading a terrific book by Frank Peretti titled This Present Darkness. It's an incredibly well written Christian Fiction book. Highly recommended! I used to read true crime books constantly...then I found Mr Peretti's books and became adicted to them. It's much better for my mind than the other ones.

I don't know we're we are going with this world full of serial killers phyco's murderers i don't talk only just adulte here but even kids kills too. and then we are asking why we fear to much and have phobia
like i have a phobia of bee's because i never know when i could be alergic to it not that i am now
and i have a phobia of needles because i never know i can trust the nurse at the hospital who can inject me the good stuff and the good amount of medication
i think we're not safe anywhere now not even here you can't predict your future you can't know b4 how you will die and who you will meet tommorow even if you meet your best friend you never know how he can turn out
i saw some murders between friends and couples only here in ontario 25 woman are killed each year by their boyfriend/husband
one more thing i am scared of is to have kids it's really nice and everything but you never know how he can turn out i know we have each one our personalities but i don't want to give birth to a personality that will make other people suffer and even if he became to be a mad person i know it's because he is suffering and better let it where he is .....never born

If this is the way you think about it, maybe you shouldn't. Most of it has to do with how they are raised.
YetAnotherUser: A couple of Books I return to, or would like to return to, reading again soon...
1. The Second Coming Of Lucas Brokaw 2. The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress 3. Angels and Demons 4. Flowers For Algernon
I love Angels and Demons. I recently reread that one for the second time. I actually liked it better than The DaVinci Code.
I've just started The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman -- I prefer to read the book before seeing the movie.
The Crystal Cave by Mary Stewart - read this years ago - it's about Merlin and King Arthur, but mostly about Merlin. Very imaginative!! It's actually a 3 book series, but I've never read the other 2, I only recently acquired them as they are hard to find.
And Home Comforts: The Art and Science of Keeping House by Cheryl Medelson. This book has everything you might ever need to know about the proper way to keep house. The kinds of things that used to be taught and passed down. Things such as proper table settings, folding table cloths, laundry, how to treat different fabrics, cleaning stains, etc. I once took this book to work and after my co-worker saw it, he went to Barnes and Noble and bought one for himself and 2 to give as future wedding or housewarming gifts.

I've got a couple on the go .......... probably should be reading them instead of being on here! lol
So at this moment:
The five secrets you must discover before you die .... by John Izzo Ph.D.
Very interesting read because he interviewed many hundreds of older people who others considered and thought emulated having lived a successful/happy life. He wanted to discover their secrets for life which break down into basically five common themes:
1. be true to your self 2. leave no regrets 3. become love 4. live the moment 5. give more than you take
I highly recommend it ......... there are many truths to be found in the experiences and wisdom of others.

Thanks for the recommendation above ^.
Any book by Deepak Chopra. He is intelligent, kind, highly intuitive, full of wisdom and just a great writer. I highly suggest reading his books. Your life will never be the same.
