Ive had a bad week never mind bad day
but drink and plenty of it does ease the pain
Yes, you're right I'm trying drink as well as the chocolate, but know that I'll regret it in the morning when my 5 year old son gets up at 6.30am!!!

How's the diet going? I'm hopeless at dieting - usually manage a couple of weeks max! Bad day was at work, and also "disagreement" with my son's school who think all parents are thick!!

The diet is not too good today. I always stay in on Saturdays to recover from the week and staying in means mooching round for food. I lost 10 stone but it's creeping up again. I am ok in the week but weekends are difficult. I have decided I need to stop buying the foods that I am partial to. I keep buying them for my daughters thinking I won't touch them, but boredom kicks in. I just need to get my head round it all.
School staff can be domineering - they can't turn off at 3.30 and turn into normal people! My youngest is doing her GCSE's these current weeks. Time flys by so fast. Treasure the younger years - they grow up so quickly. One minute you are singing "Postman Pat" the next minute planning for college.

lolol - well, there are exceptions. I think particulary with primary school teachers they seem so stressed by the end of the day.

There are exceptions and yes some schools dont have particularly understanding staff but.....
I work in a Primary school and yes they are stressed but with good reason, i teach year 3 two afternoons a week and the rest of the time i support so i see it and experience it first hand and i admire and respect the teachers i work with, for what they have to put up with from senior management and im afraid to say it parents as well.

jeez,wish i was a teacher..ya wanna try being a burglar...being chased and harrassed all da time..nooo holidays or sick pay...its a hard life

It's all about targets - I work in the NHS and it is run like a business which is good for patients but stressful for the admin staff.

It's brilliant for the patients. A well performing NHS Trust gets people seen fast from point of referral. It's all about efficiency and constant turnaround.
Remember the days not so long ago when people had to wait something like a year or so for their first outpatients' appointment. No longer so.

yer...thats why a routine operation took me a year to get over...thats efficiency...thats why its going private, then itll be efficient.
