Hey kiddo.... it's not you. All date sites get slow at this time of the year. Summer is when many are out and about enjoying the weather.
My friend had been on the single sites for 2 yrs before she met her now husband.
It takes time. Make some friends, and see where that leads you. JMO, if you get impatient, it will come across to the ladies on here, and that might scared them a bit.
Guys I have talked to, have said they avoid the females that come across as desperate to have a boyfriend.
Pink flower does not mean gay, jmo, it's just because of the selection of flowers available.

Pink does not mean gay, neither does purple... JMO. I have yet to figure out who, and why they decided that pink was feminine.

very lonely and bored?.....start doing other things....go for walks, sightseeing....meet up with friends.

If you go out an TRY and give an HONEST EFFORT, to finding activities to do, it does something to your personality. People that do things and activities, and have a life away from the internet, do better than the ones that just hang out on the internet .. and not do anything else like sports or join a group.
It can be as simple as taking a walk... put your head up, and don't be afraid to look at people. Take a drawing pad a long... never know you might surprize yourself.etc etc etc.

The happier that you are in your life will begin to attract people to you. If you're bored - its not up to someone else to entertain you - its up to you to figure out something fun that you'd like to do. How about joining some community groups, the gym, sports groups, car clubs, volunteering, bowling; activities which interest you but where it also might lead to getting to know other people (ie. girls or boys who know girls) .... networking!!!! Are you going to school/finished or plan on further education?
Start doing things you enjoy ............ you're feel happier, you'll smile more which is attractive and getting active will put you in a better frame of mind as well it helps to keep your attention focused in a good way and not keep thinking negatively about your life.
