mike69spain: I do my meal in the following fashion:
1) I get hungry and goes hunting for nutritious contains in the kitchen
2) I make a note on the fridge over things I could have done if that particular ingredient was not missing.
3) I decide on one type of ingredient, be it pasta, mashed potatoes, rice or something else.
4) Then I add to it what I feel for at the moment, making each dish an impossible recipe that I can never recreate.
5) I serve most food with either cold milk or cold vitamin drink.
6) COFFEE

With my children - we eat at the table.
Dinner guests - at the table.
The children are here at the weekend and we lay the table for breakfast too.
