Yep I have one.. usually I'm up before the alarm...
but if not.. I have a 3 hit limit on the snooze..

If I have to get up early enough to use an alrm, I am in big trouble it's then that I had a hard time falling asleep. the presure of knowing I have to get up early ya know! But if there is no need to have to get up I am up around 6:30 give or take a few.

I have an internal alarm clock and if I could find that damn button, I would destroy it...!!!
But seriously tho, I am a morning person. I absolutely love to get up and watch the sunrise and listen to the birds start their morning songs.
