like a stone that way though ... but if you like passing stones. As Buddha might say, you carry anger as a weight and release it through sadness. Of course I've never really talked to the chubby cherub myself.

I understand your point of view, Al, and if my ex would just leave things be, I might be able to pass from anger into sadness.

But her behavior is now bodering on stalker. I can't find sadness in obsession. It just pisses me off.
