This is so scary, don't know what I'm doing, the last time I bought a house was 30 years ago! I've been talking to everyone, getting too much advice really, it's confusing me. I've just gotta use my best judgement and take the leap! Hopefully not off a cliff!

It's a buyer's market...should do ok. You can also get them lower after the home inspection.
