I have a physical job so I burn the calories off
given it up...great when you are eating it !then guilt afterwards...not a good feeling!
I eat one bar a day and some chocolate biscuits. Not many though about 6 choc digestives or jaffa cakes.
Hmmmm sounds like I should cut down on the Kit Kats

I don't feel guilty? I love it. why should I feel guilty for doing something I like?
I eat at least one bar of chocolate a day, usually 200gr.... it's very good
I eat maybe one bar of chocolate a month... Maybe not even that often
Should have said earlier... There is one type of chocolate I'm very fond of, but it should only be eaten when the kids are asleep...
