Ship, give yourself a break, you only bought it yesterday.
Practice on a word document, you will get used to it, I swore I would never would get the hang of it, now I find a mouse cumbersome.

I have been using a laptop for years Ship. Get a docking station and a wireless keyboard & mouse...
I also went with the broadband internet service on my cel account, I can go anywhere and have internet access and no cables.
Speaking of new "laptops", any volunteers?....

I only started using my laptop a few months ago and now it's breeze.
I bought myself a wireless mouse touse with it and love every minute of it.

the best advice - don't do it
P.S. You'll get used to it a bit, but probably still will find it annoying.
I got a mouse for mine. Using it without mouse only when it's absolutely necessary - like in a train commuting to work.

Conrad73: It most likely has a Port for a Mouse,or if you have a USB-Mouse use any USB-Port.
