I respect women, I've worked with literally thousands of them as a service rep for a large computer firm. That means I don't touch them or in anyway approach them improperly and that means verbally! Years of training dealing with female manages, executives and workers in banks, supermarkets, oil companies and other locations where disrespecting a woman is liable to cost you reprimand or loss of customer confidence or your job! So I have always been very careful to the point of not laughing when they say something funny, because they may not have meant it that way!
For that reason I really need a friendly, forward, extroverted woman to make the initial moves in a relationship! Some women don't work out for me because their waiting for me to make the same moves other guys do but it's been educated out of me, they have to give the signals!
Peoples jobs sometimes changes their view of others especially if your dealing with customers!
