I know I went from beening neive and trusting everyone to not trusting no one, but there has to come a time when you have to start trusting again, just hope more smarter this time.

Trust her to do what? She lives 800 miles away, you're just talking, why do you care if you can trust her or not? I mean it's not likely you're the only one she's talking to, just cause you're talking you think she's supposed to drop every other man and just talk to you? Since when does talking to someone on the phone require a pledge of fidelity?
