yes ppl we all know the signs an symptoms of stress it's everywhere from d boss, home, friends but wat can we do to keep ourselves cool, wel for me take a day of an relax forget about everything so how do u combat stress
I go to a room by myself,or take a bubble bath,it is hard to find the time to de-stress when your life is so busy,but on occasion you have to take care of you!

pyaremohan: I usually take it out in the gym..n playin with ma dog
ok wel can't say d last time i went in d gym have 2 start back wel i does take a bicycle an ride on d beach but certain distractions always causes me 2 crash more stress
