auburnlockspasadena, Texas USA5 Threads 11 Postsit seems that this year has been one of the most busiest hurricane seasons, i really buckle down and pray a whole lot not just for myself, but for everyone in harms way! we don't want a repeat of katrina or rita hitting the gulfcoast. i live around houston and i had to leave when rita came through in 2005! that was tragic for a lot of us, we were on the road in traffic for 27 hours trying to get to waco to safety! we lost some pets and we all got ill!please pray for all of us here and in florida as well!

i try not to listen to all the weather forcasters all they talk about is gloom and doom, we are still in the peak of storm season, and florida was hit by tropical storm fay recently! and they are forcasting gustav as a hurricane now! i wish i could move to alaska, i understand there are never any storms there! i could withstand the cold instead of the storms!i am alone and this is scary for me, some people enjoy storms but not me!sorry!

This has ruined my whole weekend! i have been pacing the floor and praying, because the weather people are forcasting it to be a big one like a cat-3-5 hurricane. i appreciate every prayer because me and my girlfriend have no where to go and my older brother and sister have not talked to me in a long time, it was a disaster the last time we had to evacuate with them, i really hope our next door neighbor will help as he promised if we ever had to evac again, he said we could go to the hill country with him and even take some of our animals!
