Cheerleaders? That's great news,TT.

Things are looking bright at Pompey. At least on paper.. Recent league results would say otherwise but then as an Everton fan I can't really pass comment can I..

One thing I will say about Portsmouth is that I HATE your away end laugh

Great win in Portugal,last night.
No one was cheering louder than me,when the former Liverpool stick insect scored his 2 goals.
All that was missing, was his celebration of 'The Crouch'.
Though i don't think it would have gone down too well with the locals!
Still,it should keep the faithful at Pompey happy until the cheerleaders arrive!

I thought Everton were really up against it last night.
I thought the home crowd were worth a goal start.
Partisan, and highly vociferous, they were more like the kind of supporters you expect to see in Turkey.
Hard luck though, they gave it their best shot.

I suppose you could kind of say we had him on loan, for a while.
While he was not without his critcs,(or should that be 'crickets'laugh ),i was always a big fan of his, both for Liverpool, and for England, and i was very sorry to see him leave Anfield.crying

anglophile: I think a more interesting discussion would be to eliminate the 4 glory teams (Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal) and see who will come in next. Perhaps maybe Aston Villa or Middlesbrough, or Man City?

Now if you want to get funny....Who is going to come in dead last?

Looks as though Aston Villa is number 5. Middlesbrough and Man City are right in the middle of the pack.

I said they would finish bottom of the table.
Still,it's 'early doors',yet.

Middlesbrough? Top 4?? laugh

I think the top for will be the normal bunch.. Simply as the Sky 4 have better resources than anyone (with the exception of Citeh)..

It will between Villa, Citeh, Pompey and Everton (We will start playing soon) for the 5th and 6th place..
