i won't ask you which are they i just need to know whether you have them or had them and if you got rid of them how did you do it? or maybe you have friends that are passing through this....how do you support them to deala with them?

It is a personal problem I have stemming from a mix of being bipolar and life experiences. So my answer may not be prototypical on how to address it.
Personally, I just have to keep working on my self worth. I have to come to grips with problems out of my control, and finally realize I can do nothing about it and move forward.
Walking helps me lose weight and feel better about my appearance. But that is the least of my problems.

i asked this question coz i do have these inferiority complexes and i am very afraid they are slowly becoming a solid part of my life. I always have the feeling i am not enough good for smth or not enough intelligent etc etc etc and the bad thing is i continuously meet people who think they are simply the best and that makes me wanna hide even more all this BS happens in real life ( here i feel absolutely ok:)
It's about overcoming weakness with strength. If you are determined enough you can overcome your insecurities. Understand that you will <i><b>never</i></b> be able to please everyone, so just be the person that makes <i>you</i> happy. It's not an overnight thing, but with time you'll understand just how awesome you are/can be and a lot of the inferiority feelings will go away.

But i think the best solution for an inferiority complex is some sort of target achievement in that field. Like if u feel u arent as good as other people in making friends or soicalizing ( just an ex ) ... then try to engage yourself in conversation as in involve yourself with people slowly more than before.
If its something to do with a factor which cannot be changed .. the shape of your nose , the way you look , your voice etc ... these can be improvised or say groomed with care but not changed entirely. Herein i think the person needs a careful evaluation to develop insight in to why he feels that way and how he can overcome it ... like a mental homework almost.

You have to ask yourself why you feel this way.
Here you are fine, but why are you not with people around you.
Why surround yourself with people who think they are the best?
