One day together in real life equates to 10 days in the virtual world. In other words you need to spend ten days with someone on online to cover the same ground as you would cover in person in real life.

I'm just making it up as I go.. giggle

but... what do you think? How much info can you glean from the VR world to fully satisfy a decison to get more intimately into a relationship... or can you? Yes that is enough info, I am going to boink him/her in RL!

wood you? uncertain detective

Couldnt possibly make the decision about whether or not I was going to bonk someone before I met them, no matter how long we had chatted online for.

Well hun hadnt thought of that since I dont have that facility. I really dont know then, I always feel you have to actually meet in the flesh (so to speak) in order to assertain if there is a phsyical attraction. I have met guys that I got on great with online and chatting on the phone but just no attraction there in the flesh.

People are different and for some, online chatting can be easier thanb real life talking...they get to sharte more and open up better.
In my case, I don't think I'll ever get the real person from an online conversation...I usually get my idea of that person...and most of the cases it's way different than the reality.

The infatuation kicks in after few chats and then it's even harder to be objective...

I would definitely love to know in real life somebody that I loved interacting to, in the virtual world, but keep in mind the possibility that he can be different than what I know of him or , it might just luck the spark, even if he's accurately portrayed in my mind...

confused dunno Some adults tend to be very complicated....sigh pointing

Well.

Some people do like that.

Some want people in their area, some people are happy to invest time in getting to know a person.

Then there are some who do not allow themselves to explore any possibility.

I am happy to explore all avenues if I like a person, but then there are times when I think sod it, I have been honest and even that does not work.

Alot of people do not allow themselves to step over the line and just go for it, I guess that is the spontaneous side in me.

Alas, not many people have that, unless they are 25 from far flung overseas and they want Western Union involved.

I agree, some will over complicate a rather smple process, though consideration of 'well being and safety' should be a must, me thinks

I have had 3 experiences in my vr/rl life that defy the 'norm', uncomplicated. Two of them were emails, and picture exchange, one was only emails wow All three willing to meet and .... yes, without testing the water first.

there's quite a difference in people it seems.

I have a lady from germany visit and another from australia, both for a month, both slept with me, nekkid but I kept the 'sensual' out of it, though they were quite willing to 'do it' ... The other one was even wilder and prob not details I should post hmmm but some people seem either more adventurous, or less complicated and dont require large amounts of 'get to know you time'

If there is a connection in the VL, than I am all for meeting in RL as soon as possible.... depending on whether that connection transfers determines whether or not there will be any boinking going on. grin

hehe, another normal person.. giggle

so you dont find that the 'transfer' can happen before, at some point int VR experience, so that you know you want to when you meet? (their decision aside of course)

I learned the hard way that 5 seconds in real life gives you more boinkage possibility then 2 months of virtual, phone etc.

ok gotcha, now answer the question ... would you ever have that 'transfer", that feeling, notion of yep I'm going to boink him (provided he agrees) when we meet?

5 secs=2months! wow

a long way from my theory 1 RL day=10 VR days confused may have to readjust me figures professor
