I also have yet to sleep. I've been fighting insomnia for months and months now. I need to get some sleep and I feel tired but my mind just keep spinning and spinning....

I have had an aerage of 2 hrs. anight for 3 months,finally gave into sleeping pills whe natural ways didn't work,same.I just accept it.

I need at least 8 hours or watch out..The bull dog is grouchy and ready to bite anything that comes her way
Its hard when one dont get enough sleep
It makes/breaks her day..

Thanks ,but I just don't concentrate on it.Do what I can and blessed I am not any longer working in nursing position,hve to be quick thinking in hospital.I get 4 hours every 3 or 4days,and it feels good.Just will appreciate sleep when get it all the more.Your sweet,a bulldog,can't see you grrr.

Since starting this thread hours ago,I have broke coffe pot,charred lasangna,tripped into cat box,2nd time for this.I have broke knob off radio then knocked radio on floor,scalded my mouth,and finaly was reading the argueing going on in a thread that got nasty,which is why I try to get these type of threads going.
AND I still will have a positive day cause I will make it that way no matter what and I am still as always blessed,no matter all theses aggravations.Hope all have positive day o night,whatever this is to you.
