Been here a long time. I am a child in a 62 year old body, so at times I scream for attention in posts. In threads, I attempt to add a lifetime of experiences and so called wisdom to the mix.
I know nothing. I am afraid for my life as well as this once beautiful planet. When I was a kid, swimming in the river, I could swallow water without ill-effects, at present, one could almost walk on water for the amount of pollution to stand upon.
Fact is; you may be a creationist or a Darwin fan, nonetheless, we are born, we grow old and we die.
If my decomposed body may fertilise a daisy, then I will live again.

Leoooo!!!
I am still ,looking forward to see you young and hunk...
Damn it Leo you are gonna revitalize the 60's and 70's with that kinda talk... I am buying some zig zag rolling papers to smoke that little herb you become, because if one thousandth of a single percent of your wisdom and character gets transefered into that little plant I am going to evolve into something so much bigger and brighter.
You are much too kind to offer such an opportunity, but please do leave a map of the location as a single daisy is likely to be harder to find than a needle in a haystack.

What is worse Leo...the "we grow old" or the "we die" part?
I would say grow old...we know we are going to die. Will your footprint be left on this Earth? Does the "we grow old part" pertain to your metaphore of pushing up daisys, and that makes growing old acceptable since we will leave a footprint no matter what we accomplish or fail to accomplish?
I am not afraid to die anymore. I have had too much pain in my life to be afraid anymore. The growing old part scares the hell out of me because more than likely, it will be alone. Noone to care for me, noone to comfort me, noone to love me and allow me to love them.
I just know I have made fertilizer out of my life and regret so many things. I am starting to think my daisy will wilt.
