Scars are roadmaps of where your life has been. Almost like a brochure with quaint little notes on the pitstops along the highway. Some are pleasant reminders and others are negligible. but none are truly worth worrying about. Aging in its own way is a type of scar and superficiality only carries so far. I attribute the concern for scars as similar to someone saying they would have no interest in someone because they owned a pick-up truck rather than a BMW (or vice versa of course).

I got one on my upper left eye,near my eyebrow.....got 5 stitches.I WAS 5 AND went to get my DAD A BEER and the bottle fell and a piece of glass hit me there.I'm lucky I GUESS,one more inch and I could have lost an eye.

IT'S MY FAULT,he never asked me to get him a beer,but my need to impress my parents started at an early age.

I can't believe this post if I have scars I earned the damn things one way or another. Everyone has scars be they visible or un-visible pleasezzzzzzzzzzz

People have to stop being so melodramatic about such lil things as scars ... no wonder why there are so many people this world with low self-esteems It's topics like this ..
