HJFinAZ: No, it was removed long ago. My right foot on the other hand is full of pins & staples from a surgery. I am still trying to figure out why I don't set off the metal detectors in airports, just to create a little excitement..
I think its cute that you can joke but i get selfconscious about a lot of things i find rong with me...
Claayer: and hopefully I will find someone that wont care about my Spaghetti junction tummy.. LOL
Yea but your really pretty and maderma a scar cream that pregnant people use that you can buy at cvs wallgreens should take care of that.

Hannasthe1: What would you think of someone if they had a scar? And would you date them if it was a big scar, or a little scar, or would you rather not discuss it?

morgan5: scars fade in time and make up does help. But your beautiful for who you are and if someones can not see that there not worth having in your life
Awwwww i think that was very kind of you. And if i thought more like that i'd be good to go.
Ya know - I thought too late that may sound cruel but it really wasnt meant that way - what I meant was that after what Mr Merrick went through, a scar seems hardly an issue - but I know thats wrong cos its all down to individual perceptions - nothing cruel intended............

I never thought your comment was cruel. I was making a joke myself.
I have many scars on my back...cancer related. John Merrick had nothing to cover up his outer deformities. But nothing could cover his caring heart, and that's what counts.

A scar is just a mark on the outside. It is the person I would be interested in not the wrapping. In order to get to know someone you need to get beyond the wrapping, the outside to see what is in the heart. I have dated a man that had a carburetor explode in his face. He suffered first, second and third degree burns on his face, neck, chest and hands. I didn't see the scars on the outside as I got to know him. Unfortunately the scars on the outside were more beautiful than the soul on the inside.
