Chimichurri Sauce/Marinade

1/4 c. fresh parsley
2 tbsp fresh garlic (about 2 -3 cloves)
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
1-2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste.
As I said, I have used this before and added much more citrus and no paprika. But I like tart,
