Standing Up or Falling Down Drunk, How Does it Work ?
Tom Diamond
For a change I was thinking about going out and getting plastered. However I haven't decided if it would be best to sit on a Barstool or lean against the bar. I know in my humble way of thinking and illogical ramblings leaning against the Bar, could be interpreted to mean just that, lean against the Bar,,,,,,,,, Then if I really think deeply on it, would it be best to sit at a table ? Then be served by a waitress who would of course need to be tipped ? The plus and minus of going out to get plastered is of course the distance one must be from the floor if one happens to keel over. Fallng from a Barstool seems to be more dangerous than if you merely tilted over sideways in a chair, and bonked yer head on the floor, versus the never ending slide along the bar-rail which inevidently would wipe out an untold number of patrons in yer likewise condition. Since I'm not a drunk, then perhaps I would gain valuable experience and possibly get beat-up in the process. Course I've never been whipped so maybe it would do me good for a change and teach me to stay away from Bars. Then of course, there's that inevitable cab ride with somebody who can't speak or understand English which of course leads to the inevitable centuries honored handsignals method of communication. So in order to solve my dilemna ( No book was there ) I went to a used Bookstore to find a book on the proper procedures to get, " Standing Up or Falling Down Drunk, How Does it Work" ?
