I think at this point I´ll do a little flirting, show an interest in him and let him take the lead on this. The reality is that I need a strong man as a partner and if he is interested and I have to take the lead... chances are it wouldn´t work out in the long run. It´s always been about passion for me... OMG do you think I might be growing up???
I am quite fascinated by him... his farm is where all the produce for the restaurant comes from... he left the island when he was 16 to travel... he told me that when he left the land it was an oasis... horses, cattle, gardens... when he returned it hadn´t been cared for and had become like a desert, his goal is to bring it back to it´s former glory and to do it all organically. His photography is beautiful and heart stirring, he´s a man with some position but isn´t afraid to get his hands dirty... He´s done and seen so much but is incredibly down to earth. If nothing else he will be a fascinating person to talk with... to hear his stories.

But i think personally you should continue chatting and be friends and like he dropped the idea that u guys would make a good couple etc .. he will do it again if he is really interested. Then you wont feel awkward and his interest will be confirmed plus it will all be very cute and romantic
Sometimes i think guys just say things .. some of them .. Soooooo enjoy the company and see how things go ..
