Depends on a few things really..

Who I'm with... where.. etc..

I can usually mask it pretty well with humour.. Even when something really bad has happened.. I am pretty good at shutting it away until I am on my own..

That and silence... for a big talker.. I'm and even bigger 'thinker'

I have noticed too.. that only the people that know me the best can see when I am faking, and sometimes no matter how hard I try to laugh it off and mask it.. they know. haha grrrr

In my marriage I learned very well HOW to hide it and let everyone think everything was fine.

Also, in my job.. I have to be a certain TYPE of person to do my job well.. so any upset I have, has to switch off immediately I walk throo the door.. and I CAN do that.. even if inside my heart is breaking and I swear I can barely breathe.. haha
