I almost always do, unless it's just someone sending a form letter or their yahoo id first thing, but I don't see it as a requirement, no one has to respond if they're not interested. They don't even know you, why take it personally? dunno

I always respond with a 'Thank you for your message, but I am not interested, I wish you luck'

I have not heard from anyone since when I post that...

I use to reply back to anyone who wrote me, but some people just don't take a hint. So if I am not interested or they send an im address I simply don't reply.

Then you have been fortunate Sommer... when I reply with a polite no interest... I get, if you took the time to get to know me... why? I´m not that much younger.... who do you think you are.... what a biatch....
so now, unless I´m interested... I don´t reply.

I always reply to flowers or messages, even if it looks
like a scammer, a short line saying I am not looking usually
and wishing them luck.
If they come back at me after that and I am still not
interested then I ignore or block.
I feel I have been polite but should not be harrassed.

peace devil
