Sure and most of us females have had to deal with both those. No big deal. I also have to adjust my bra the freaking weight causing the band to dig in me. It all happens.Have you had to pull your underware down as it is riding up or pull it up as it is falling down in public?

I have had the elastic not as tight as it should be and found my underware around my knees. It is hard to walk when feel it is falling down and you want to pull it up but not let people know.

If you are wearing slacks at least you know they cannot come completely down but if you have a dress on it is a different matter. I would just step out of them and keep on walking and hope no one noticed.

Anti-perspirants will stop itching, including a mosquito bite, so if you are itching under arm then time to reapply anti-perspirant , not a plain deodorant.
