I didn’t forget my past, but I do not live in it. I really try to leave it behind me and step forward. The “receipts” how I do that is: changed bad “picture” from past with happy moments which I had.

I had a real problem of letting go of the past. I am just learning how to move forward and live for today.
It is very hard to let go of something you already know...there is comfort from our past even if it is painful. That sounds odd, but facing an unknown future is very daunting.
