Yes, alternative medicine really works.

I know a man who was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, stage IV, metastasized. He turned to changing his diet and using alternative therapies and was in remission for 6 years. That's 6 years longer than Western medicine would have given him...only 3% survive Pancreatic cancer for more than a few months.

Oncologists will seek alternative therapy when they have cancer. Why? To quote one, "because what we do kills, and I don't want to die." I watched that happen, up close and personal. Now I'm going to school for my Doctor of Naturopathy...a combined degree program, with my Batchelor's in Natural Medicine coming first.

I know another woman born with one leg shorter than the other. Has walked with a cane for as long as I've known her. The spiritual/healing center where we hang out just had two gentlemen from S Africa who are healers visit. Her cane now decorates her office and her legs are now the same length...and she walks w/o pain for the first time in her life.
