I think it is really funny when someone orders a Hamburger @ a mexican restaurant because they chat "'amburger, one 'amburgur" really loadly. That is enough to make anyone feel like an @$$.

It doesn't so much bug me as baffle me... I love trying new things.. so I just don't see the point of having something that you could russle up in a few minutes at home... having said that some 'posh' restaurants do simple dishes like Sausages and mashed potatoes, but just do it reaaaaly well... I think that can be worth it

In my undergraduate days, I worked Saturday nights at a Chinese restaurant. The number of people who came in and ordered steak and chips, or chicken maryland was unbelievable. The fact they were even on the menu was even more baffling!!!

Was at a Restaurant last Night,in one of the Business Districts here in Zurich.(New Oerlicon,Zurich North)
Some Real Nice Food,among it
Hamburger SFR 40.- (about $40) with ALL the Trimmings.
Can't beat that with a Stick!
