Sounds a little like what I had with a clog vein in my heart , and I had to have a stent put in. Also have you been checked for diabetes. It can do that too. Just lately, I have been getting palpitations AND pins and needles in my hands and feet. Rather disconcerting, ya know?!

Just get your self to a doctor appt. right away. Don't put it off, and worry your self sicker.

The combination sounds like stress but the pins and needles could be neurological. Neither thing is to be ignored palpitations if not stress related are not good.

I'm not a doctor, but I did go to nursing school...and I suggest you see a doctor.
Your pins and needles feelings indicate poor circulation, and the palpitations aren't a good sign either. See a doctor...NOW. Signs of heart attack or stroke can be subtle in women...can be almost anything, and very different from the classic signs we've learned from men.
Just in case, take a 1/2 an adult aspirin...not acetaminophin, ibuprofen, or any other pain reliever, but aspirin.
It could be a lot of things, but the palpitations concern me deeply, esp combined with not feeling well and the pins/needles thing.

Call your doctor now, and contact the online physician or go to an ER. Don't take chances. Palpitations can be anything from stress / anxiety / panic to something serious and the tingling can can be neurological or something minor, but you can't tell.....

I had two things going on, I had high sugar levels they said it was at a stroke level. And at times half my body went numb. Its not connected to diabestes, I have had that checked....

I went to the E. R. three different times before the E.K. G. finally showed something.
So if they don't find anything, don't blow off going back to the doctor if symptoms persist or more show up. Take care and see your doctor right away.
