Sleep depravation is like driving drunk..Two night with only a few hours sleep makes me dangerous. (23)

I have an appointment I can not cancel so must drive.

The only advice i can give is to put the pedal to the metal and drive as fast as you can therefore reducing the amount of time your gonna be on the road, besides you know how to deal with a cop if your stopped for speeding

hollland I went without sleep two nights in a row because of a chirpping cricket who had found it's way inside my apartment.
I eventually was able to locate that cricket the next two mornings after as it was crawling around in my kitchen sink.
I took two naps yesteday to try to recover from the lost sleep.

I know sometimes I act strange on here. I haven't slept more than two and a half hrs at a time in six yrs . I go to sleep sitting up mostly.
All those yrs watching over Joe is the reason I'm like this . I had my mother then and I do now, to take care of.
I'm not looking for sympathy this is of my own choosing for I WON'T put mom in a nursing home.
She goes in for a spinal fusion on the 21 st so Im thinking sleep. When I take something I only get 4 straight hrs. I going to take a break for awhile and get myself together. You have no idea how tired I am after so many yrs It doesn't
help when people worry you like last nightHG Or play mind games for control anyway I think Im Making the right move here If Ive ever seemed a little flippy that's the reason plus I'm a diabetic. Ive seen a shrink and he tells me I just need to find someone to be good to me. I went to sleep at the worst time in my life .When Joe died. I thought I felt a pulse and his chest was moving but that was from the oxygen.
Any way I'm doing this for me. If I don't its gonna kill me. thank

Do what I do. I often times work 72 hours straight. I have a cooler full of red bull in the lounge, and when that isn't enough, I start doing Rockstar Shots - though I have to be really fighting fatigue to drink those because they taste nasty.

The body responds as if you were drunk, when sleep deprived. In the last four weeks, I can't remember having one full night's sleep. It will be SO nice when it does

Missed my Wednesday appointment and have to take it today.
I had no clue I had slept that long but the receptionist called to tell me and with the news it would cost me $40..
It feels weird to have missed a day, like waking up in the twilight zone.
Missed talking to Romeo all together of course.
He got over it. Ha ha

Can you not get there by public transport, or ask a friend to take you. Can't believe that anyone knowingly would go out, and not only put their own lives in danger, but other's lives too, by driving sleep deprived...
