aren't all chosts white?? In Ghost Busters, Casper, and Ghost Hunters International, Topper, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir,....they are all white. So, ot would make sense they all like white people more.

Lack of knowledge and sound thinking. Belief in such opens the door for others to make stories for personal egos building or gain.
Look into Zombies.....great scary fears to control others by giving the posion flesh of the blowfish to an enemy. Thereby being feared and able to control....if they knew more...then they would not fear them for Zombies but for being a dangerous person who would be locked away.
Go to sleep little boys and girls or the boogie man will get you. sailor stories to control kids. The boogie men when island people pirating the ships. Boo-gee man....will get you.
the United Kindom has its ghost stories. Be good children or the Jack the Ripper might get you in your sleep.
