I am sorry to have to disagree with you MARTI.
Not all Maltese women are as nice and outgoing as you. Many if not most are snobs with their nose up in the air, only to swoon at the sight of some Italian guy or some other foreigner. It has always been like this, and will always remain like this, with the only difference being that now our women are realising that they are in fierce competition even among themselves, not only with the foreigners.

I am Italian but living for many years in Austria in the most western part of this beautiful country. The reason I came her was that I was in love with an Austrian woman and I have been living together for many years.
Unfortunately we all change and therefore now we are not living together anymore ( and I am in CS) but still I like this country, their organisation, their enviroment's attitude and many other things, last but not least the fact that , as someonelse said it before, you can plan your future better than in Italy.
But the weather here is not really what I like and I miss so much the sea...
I was always dreaming of finding a place like the one I am living now in the Mediterranean sea. I have often been thinking of Malta but for one reason or the other I was never there.
If I read all what you say I guess that perhapa I should take Malta into serious consideration.
Please give me some more information about it...school sistem, tax sistem, cultural life, infrastructure, business possibilities etc whoever can help me.
Finding a woman or a man ( I am looking for a woman) in Malta is I guess the same in all over the world and not necessary need to be the citizen of a certain country.
