Skybow: I know just what you mean, I keep trying to be open but each side has become very polarized. Each will only listen to their sources not consider there might be a different side or even tolerating someone disagreeing with them.

After the election, whoever wins I hope we can all get over ourselves, come together and work to solve our problems.

As I was saying today at the coffee shop. It does not matter who wins.
With the negative campaign ads running by both sides......the one that get elected will have 1/2 of the country against him AND they will
be know his weaknesses and issues. Hard to get any national consesus from that, Sky.

Indyfella: and with all due respect, if you didn't agree with his view...you'd be citing someone else.

Well from the beginning...if you recall I believed this was all smoke and mirrors and that it was a non-issue...so it's not like I changed my stance...I just found a credible source who happens to back up my stance that I have held from the beginning when this stuff hit the fan about Acorn...Why would I want to quote a source who has had nothing to do with the investigation or prosecution????? I don't search for people to agree with me...

I look for the truth...so if it had been the other way...I still would have taken his word that ok...there was voter fraud...but I would still question how Obama was or could be tied to it that holds him responsible for breaking the law...because in all of this..that's the main thing right...it's not what Acorn has done...it's how or if Obama can be tied to it and did he break the law?????

As that answer stands right now...for this election...neither Acorn has broken the law...nor has Obama...

Hugz_n_Kissez: Well as stated by the Republican Prosecutor himself...there have been 0 registrations that have led to a ballot being cast..which is an actual vote....that's the full definition of voter fraud....not just the registration part......and I don't go by supposition...I go by the facts...and these are it.....Not to mention they also state that these so called bad registrations were turned in by acorn themselves....so it's not like someone all of a sudden caught all these bad registrations.....but that's neither here nor there when it comes to voter fraud....

Obama was a attroeny AND Trainer for ACORN. They had voter fruad cases back when he was directly connected to them. As a member of the court (attroney) if you know of a crime or a criminal activities......
you are suppose to declare it.

Aslo in the debate last nite, when he was talking about ACORN....he said in effect.....they have a few parties registering that are just signing up names....as President of the United State...his job is to enforce the laws of the country. He is chief law enforcement officer.

Yet here he has a clear case of laws being broken.....and he lets it pass.

Indyfella: I think that'll be like wishing in 1 hand......and ~~~~~. I'm sure it'll be like the togetherness of the past 8 years.

We are in a economic crisis and a definite recession. Times are harder now and need us to work together. How can we expect our government to do it all?

How can they be bipartisan when we can't?

This isn't just happening in this election. Notice how Indy is blaming Dem's for the last 8 years? Notice how everything is blamed on the left or the right. You've done it too.

Like we are labels and in boxes. Like togetherness is impossible because we don't play on the same team. We are melting down and everyone is isolated so is it just the nature of the beast (Gov) or is it our own nature the beast is emulating?

Yes but that doesn't mean that because he worked for them...in any capacity...that he can be tied to Voter Fraud....nor can it be proven that he knew about what was going on and didn't report it....and about the parties registering that are just signing up names....What does that have to do with Obama and him letting laws be broken?????

Not to mention he isn't the President yet.....wine

After the 4th, Sky....what we are going to get is 90 days of unite behind me....from the winner.....then after the Jan 20th oath......
he will get about 100 days of little political opposition.....though this has changed in recent years.......after that we will be back to where
we are today.....divisive.

I don't mean speak out or be watchful, remember I believe in civil disobedience. I just hope you don't check out, that you don't let it divide you from pushing for reform where it is needed.

And I hope you stay involved in any way you can, not for our government but for the rest of us .

A lot of REP are seeing it exactly the same way Indy. He did not support us in the hard years of 2002-4.....why should we support him when he is President.
